Padayon in Cebuano means "continue doing something". In the University of the Philippines, this is often used to mean "let's move forward". It is customary in the University to greet someone who graduates in this prestigious institution with this term. Hence, the title: Padayon, Ms. Zeny Concepcion, MAN, RN!

Graduates of UP wear the Sablay, in place of the Toga. Yesterday, July 30, 2016, graduates of the UP Open University marched wearing their Sablays in Los Banos, Laguna.

Sablay may mean "failure" in Filipino, but in the UP tradition of honor and excellence, it represents the sweet success of getting that hard-earned degree. Once again, congratulations Ms. Zeny! Continue to contribute in the improvement of the Nursing profession in the country.
